Completed Renovation
This is the final photo before the front garden went in. It was a total transformation of the original home. The house was a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with no outdoor entertaining. In its renovated form, it became a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with double garage, large living area opening onto outdoor entertaining area. There was also a separate lounge area. Every window, door, floorcovering, light fitting, etc was replaced. A brand new kitchen, bathroom, laundry and ensuite gave the home a whole new modern identity.
Character Cottage
This 1940's cottage needed some love. By changing some of the layout issues and adding in a new lounge and carport this cottage came back to life for a family. Totally renovated throughout this home became a functional and beautiful place to live.
A Transformation
This townhouse needed to be brought out of the 70's into today's style. Fully renovated throughout with the addition of a new front entry, an ensuite to main bedroom and a stunning outdoor area. All building work and interior design done by Jarluke Developments.
