Jarluke Developments built the new liquor store in the main street of Merredin. This included the demolition of the old building and complying to fire and safety standards for the new building. He has recently completed the frontage of the Bindoon IGA store.

Over the years Gavin has worked on and built a number of Telecentres in the district.
This particular building is in the main street of Westonia where the draftsman designed the front fascade of the building to reminise the original shop fronts of the town.
