Whether its a new build or a renovation we can cater to your requirements. Gavin Allen has built many new homes, commercial and industrial buildings in the Wheatbelt area and the surrounding districts.  We relocated to Perth 7 years ago and are now building in the metropolitan area.

Gavin Allen has been in the building trade for 37 years of which he has been a qualified Carpenter and Joiner for 34 years.  He has spent the past 27 years running his own Building business and he gained his Registered Builder qualification in 2003.  Gavin had previously been in partnership with another registered builder for 10 years and started his own Company along with his wife Nola in 2007.

Gavin has spent much of his working life in the regional town of Merredin and specialises in Residential and Commercial projects.  In the past he has built a number of residential homes, a new liquor store, 2 Telecentres as well as renovating and restoring a number of other homes and buildings.

Over the years Gavin has employed a number of staff and has put 6 apprentices through their trade.  Gavin has a good working relationship with his clients, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors and the local Shire Building Inspector.

Since relocating to Perth Gavin has  completed a number of home renovations and extensions,  2 Storey New Build, numerous Bathroom Renovations and is currently in the process of a number of full home renovations.

Nola Allen has worked alongside her husband for the past 27 years.  She has been running the books of the Company as well as their previous partnership with another builder for the past 27 years.

Nola not only contributes with the everyday running of the business but handles all contracts and the Occupational Health & Safety aspect of the business making sure they comply with all Health and Safety requirements.

In addition to this Nola holds a Construction Safety Awareness Training Card allowing her access to their building sites.  She also sources materials for any renovations they are currently undertaking and designs and oversees many of their personal projects.  Nola additionally holds a Diploma of Interior Design and can help design any project that is being planned or worked on.
